A LITTLE ABOUT ME
As a mortgage broker, I take great pride in assisting my clients throughout the entire home buying and refinancing process, while building relationships that last long after closing. While most loan officers and banks simply view these as "just another transaction", I have a completely different view for all of my clients as I always keep top of mind that for nearly every single one of us out there, buying a home will be one of, if not the biggest decision we make and certainly the biggest purchase we make in our lifetime - most likely until we purchase our next home. When it comes to your mortgage, it isn't a "one size fits all" which is why I have in depth conversations with my clients to understand their needs, wants, and goals not just for today but for the next 3, 5 and several years down the road.
In early 2021, I started Mile High Mortgage Tailor, LLC so we could make a bigger change in this industry and help many more people than I could ever reach on my own. First and foremost, our goal here is to make sure every loan originator representing Mile High Mortgage Tailor has the tools and knowledge to take a consultative approach with their clients to help them find the best mortgage that fits their needs. It's imperative that we provide an exceptional experience for every client whether they're buying their first home or their 5th investment property. Our loan originators have access to dozens of wholesale lenders and banks with hundreds of different programs and options - so we can find the best mortgage with the lowest rates and fees that fit our client's needs.
